Electronic bartacking machine JUKI LK-1900A-FS

Used – Electronic 2-Thread Bartack Machine, equipped with an energy-efficient servo motor built into the machine head (direct drive system) and stepper motors that individually control various machine mechanisms.

Depending on the machine subclass and tooling used, it can perform a wide range of bartack patterns and simple stitching designs. The machine includes 50 pre-programmed patterns and offers memory capacity for up to 200 patterns (50 standard + 150 user-defined). Seam length and width are smoothly adjustable.

All programming is done through a user-friendly control panel with a graphical display, allowing easy configuration of various stitch patterns and automatic stitching cycles.

The lubrication system has been improved — oil is supplied in a closed system only to the hook mechanism (no lubrication of the needle bar drive). This solution prevents any oil leakage from the upper part of the machine (usually the needle bar), helping to avoid fabric staining.

The machine features an electronically controlled active needle thread tensioner, with the ability to program different tension levels for various sections of the sewing process.
